Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and experience in creating visual content for both digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, advertisements, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Prepare design files for both digital and print production.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Basic understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is an advantage.

Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects.

Creativity:
Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills with a good eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.

Ability to clearly present and explain design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
