Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow, assist in scheduling and communication, and maintain a productive work environment. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Support
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (digital and physical)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for team members and executives

Clerical Duties
Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as needed
Perform data entry, proofreading, and general documentation tasks

Customer Service & Communication
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Act as a point of contact between departments and external parties

Supplies & Equipment
Monitor and manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities

Support for Projects & Events
Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, or initiatives
Support project teams with documentation, logistics, and communication
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and phone systems
- Experience with calendar and email management tools
- Knowledge of basic filing systems and data entry procedures
