Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients. This role is crucial for generating high-quality leads that align with our target audience and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, an understanding of digital tools, and a passion for connecting with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Identification
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, CRM, cold calling, etc.)

Outreach & Engagement
Initiate outbound communication to engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media
Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and buying potential

CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system
Track all outreach activities and ensure follow-ups are timely and strategic

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and strategies to attract ideal customers

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze lead generation effectiveness and provide regular reports on KPIs
Offer insights and suggestions for improving lead generation tactics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outbound marketing
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong research and data-mining abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently follow up
- Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling strategies

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing are a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or outbound marketing
- Proven ability to identify and qualify sales leads through various channels
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead generation software
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets/Excel, and automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, Hunter)
- Understanding of sales funnels, B2B/B2C outreach strategies, and pipeline management
