Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to build a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives
Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market share

Performance Management
Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance
Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and support sales objectives
Provide feedback to internal teams based on market and customer insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer lifecycle, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., in Sales Management, Leadership, CRM) is a plus
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role
- Experience managing sales teams in a B2B, B2C, or industry-specific environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics tracking tools
