Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our search engine marketing efforts across both organic and paid channels. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimization, and a strong grasp of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of driving traffic, improving rankings, and increasing ROI through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-site optimization
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking for improved rankings
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO recommendations
- Track search trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and manage budgets, CPCs, Quality Scores, and conversion metrics
- Set up and track goals, conversions, and events via Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly report on campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and areas for improvement
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Keep up to date with new PPC and SEO trends and innovations
Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to support integrated campaigns
- Ensure a consistent message across all advertising and search engine channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in both SEO and PPC roles
- Google Ads certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how it impacts SEO
- Experience with remarketing, display ads, or paid social is a plus
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
- (Preferred) Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs
Experience:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC campaign management
- Proven track record of increasing organic visibility and driving ROI through paid campaigns
- Experience in managing campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B/B2C businesses
SEO Skills:
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies
- Familiarity with SEO tools like:
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Ability to analyze and report on search rankings, crawl errors, and site health
PPC Skills:
- Proficient in managing campaigns on:
- Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), YouTube Ads, Display Networks
- Experience with:
- Campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Keyword match types, negative keywords, and performance optimization
- Strong command of Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Analytical & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to create reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Clear communication and reporting skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable to algorithm updates and platform changes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics Certifications
- Experience in retargeting, remarketing, or paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Understanding of local SEO and multi-location strategies
- Experience with international or multilingual SEO is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
