Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, brand vision, and target audience.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals including content creators, designers, and digital marketers.

Campaign Development
Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, email, social media, PR, events) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Content & Messaging
Oversee content strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Budget Management
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).

Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.

Brand Management
Maintain and elevate brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing efforts.

Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, creative, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Market Research
Conduct competitive analysis, market trends research, and customer feedback analysis to inform strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, B2C, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on insights
- Creative and agile approach to problem-solving and campaign execution
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- (Preferred) Master’s degree or MBA with a focus in Marketing or Strategy
Experience:
- 4–7+ years of professional experience in marketing roles
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Proven success in planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, and teams
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., SaaS, retail, eCommerce, B2B, B2C) is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
- Competence in analyzing performance metrics and using data to inform decisions
