Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing strategies across digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving measurable growth through data-driven campaigns, content, and performance marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

SEO & SEM
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage paid search strategies to improve visibility and traffic.

Email Marketing
Create, test, and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

Social Media Marketing
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance and web traffic using Google Analytics, GA4, or other analytics tools; prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Content Coordination
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external partners to develop assets for digital campaigns (ads, landing pages, emails, etc.)

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Monitor and improve website and landing page performance to boost conversion rates.

Marketing Automation
Utilize CRM and automation tools to segment audiences and streamline lead generation/nurturing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and email marketing software
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- B2B and/or eCommerce marketing experience

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
(A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered)
Experience:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing online campaigns (PPC, social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.)
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, or eCommerce (depending on company type)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely)
Analytical & Strategic Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and ROI
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, funnel optimization, and user journey mapping
Creative & Communication Skills:
- Solid understanding of content marketing and visual storytelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable to new tools, platforms, and fast-changing digital trends
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Threads, Pinterest Ads)
