Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Content Creator to produce engaging, original content that speaks to our audience and aligns with our brand voice. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart—skilled in writing, visual creation, and digital trends—who can develop high-quality content across multiple platforms to support marketing objectives and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Development
Create original written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Social Media Content
Develop and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Copywriting
Write compelling marketing copy, product descriptions, captions, and blog articles aligned with brand tone and audience needs.

Visual Creation
Collaborate with design teams or create basic graphics, photography, or video content for campaigns and brand storytelling.

Content Planning & Strategy
Assist in content calendar planning, brainstorm creative ideas, and stay ahead of trends to bring fresh content ideas to life.

Brand Consistency
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Performance Tracking
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of written and/or visual content
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Comfortable creating both short-form and long-form content
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Preferred Skills:
- Video editing and basic photography skills
- Experience in influencer marketing or community management
- Understanding of audience targeting and engagement strategies
- Knowledge of trends in digital media, pop culture, and brand storytelling

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, copywriting, or digital marketing
- Proven portfolio showcasing a variety of content types (written, visual, video, etc.)
- Experience working with brands, either in-house or agency-side, is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as:
- Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
- Scheduling/Publishing: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later
- CMS: WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and basic HTML
- Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
Creative Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability
- Ability to generate creative ideas that resonate with different target audiences
- Visual eye for design, layout, and branding consistency
- Capable of creating engaging content in various formats (blogs, videos, infographics, reels, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Adaptability to shifting trends, platforms, and content styles
- Ability to receive and apply feedback quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of branding, marketing funnels, or customer journey mapping
- Experience in influencer collaboration or UGC (User-Generated Content)
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (especially for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts)
- Understanding of tone, voice, and audience segmentation
