Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Brand Strategist to develop and execute branding initiatives that elevate our market presence, deepen customer loyalty, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role involves a combination of market research, brand positioning, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape the voice, perception, and identity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategic brand plans that align with business goals and target audience insights.

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis, consumer research, and market trend evaluations to inform brand decisions.

Brand Positioning
Define and refine brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.

Campaign Collaboration
Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand alignment in campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.

Messaging & Storytelling
Craft compelling narratives and ensure consistency across all brand messaging and communications.

Brand Guidelines Management
Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, design, and identity.

Performance Monitoring
Track brand performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and adjust as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement
Present brand strategies and insights to internal teams, executives, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles
- Strong portfolio of past branding work and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior
- Proficiency in marketing tools, research platforms, and brand tracking software
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital and content strategy
- Background in both B2B and B2C environments
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with design thinking and user experience (UX) principles

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Experience:
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or related roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand positioning and campaigns
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and product teams
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in brand research tools and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with creative and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, Figma)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies
