About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Development Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and delivery of employee training programs. This role is instrumental in helping employees grow their skills, improve performance, and align with the company’s learning and development goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for professional development, and the ability to coordinate multiple learning initiatives in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
  • Assist in the design and development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Track employee training attendance, progress, and completion using learning management systems (LMS)
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for management
  • Communicate training schedules and logistics to employees and facilitators
  • Support trainers and subject matter experts during sessions (in-person or virtual)
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Research and recommend new training tools, technologies, and content providers
  • Help promote a culture of continuous learning and career development

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (required)
  • Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related areas (e.g., CPLP, ATD Certification) are a plus

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or HR support
  • Experience working with training programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or e-learning platforms

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., TalentLMS, Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Organizational & Project Management Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions, calendars, and logistics simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
  • Strong presentation and facilitation support skills

Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Ability to collect and interpret feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt content and delivery for different audiences

Soft Skills:

  • A passion for learning, development, and employee growth
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in virtual training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)
  • Exposure to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training initiatives
  • Multilingual abilities, depending on organizational needs
