About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications
- Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
- Stay current on hiring trends, talent market conditions, and best practices

Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Additional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter are a plus
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Experience hiring across multiple departments or in high-growth environments is advantageous
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or BambooHR)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting analytics
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
Organizational & Time Management Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in candidate selection and documentation
Strategic Thinking:
- Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
Soft Skills:
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive
- Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box when sourcing talent
Nice to Have:
- Experience in diversity hiring and inclusive recruiting practices
- Background in specialized recruitment (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare, or executive search)
- Multilingual abilities (depending on company’s global presence)
