About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. The HR Manager will serve as a key business partner and people leader, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
This role combines hands-on HR operations with leadership responsibilities across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team in executing daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal compliance
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Drive initiatives related to organizational development, employee retention, and workforce planning
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to support talent acquisition and development strategies
- Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for leadership decision-making
- Lead diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) efforts and promote a positive and inclusive company culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters

Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a strong advantage
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR teams, and driving organizational change
Technical & Legal Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or HR analytics tools
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
