Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, guiding decision-making with actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and has a passion for driving financial efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and performance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions for business improvement.
- Supervise and mentor the finance/accounting team, promoting growth and collaboration.

Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (MBA or M.Com) or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA (preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other financial regulations.
Financial & Analytical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop financial models and provide actionable business insights.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and mentorship.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Industry-specific finance experience (e.g., tech, manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit).
- Knowledge of tax planning and compliance procedures.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or investment analysis.
