Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and user-focused Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products, from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, design elegant solutions, and help build products that are both functional and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final visual design and developer handoff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to define problems and explore solutions.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance usability and functionality.
- Create user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web or mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user experience.
- Maintain design systems and contribute to a consistent visual language across all products.
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, and brand alignment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, thought leadership, and shipped products.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) or close collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with agile or lean product development methodologies.
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Motion or interaction design experience is a plus.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design roles.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and shipped products or features.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and interaction design.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
- Ability to conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to improve design decisions.
Soft Skills:
