About the Role:

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for animation, visual storytelling, and bringing ideas to life through movement. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging video content, animated assets, and multimedia experiences for our brand across digital platforms.

You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to craft compelling visuals that elevate campaigns, products, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate motion graphics for videos, social media, web, and other digital platforms.
• Create storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts to communicate ideas.
• Work on a range of projects including explainer videos, promotional content, UI animations, logo animations, and transitions.
• Edit video content using motion and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, video production) to ensure cohesive visual output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in animation, design, and visual effects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, typography, and composition.
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with audio syncing and sound effects.
• Ability to take a concept from script to storyboard to final animation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a good sense of visual rhythm.
• A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphic work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a big plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX animation or interactive design.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with sound editing or music syncing.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia production.
• A strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing your motion graphic and animation work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
  • After Effects (core tool for motion design)
  • Premiere Pro (video editing)
  • Illustrator & Photoshop (for asset creation)
• Experience with video editing, visual effects, and compositing.
• Solid understanding of animation principles: timing, easing, movement, transitions, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with audio syncing, sound effects, and basic sound editing.

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Experience with UI/UX motion design or animated infographics.
• Familiarity with plugins like Duik, Red Giant, or Trapcode Suite.
• Understanding of social media and digital content formats (e.g., Instagram reels, YouTube intros, ads).
• Basic knowledge of scripting or expressions in After Effects.
