Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through compelling visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms. From concept development to final execution, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and campaign objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visual content for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, presentations, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and translate ideas into visually engaging assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Edit and retouch images as needed for various uses.
  • Prepare final designs for production (print and digital).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback positively.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design.
  • Experience with video editing tools.
  • Photography skills or familiarity with visual storytelling.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role (portfolio required).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (agency or in-house is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
  • Ability to create visual content across a variety of media including web, social, email, and print.
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print and digital production.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles is a bonus.
