Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead to drive the creative direction of our brand and campaigns. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-impact, innovative work across digital, print, and experiential platforms. This role requires a mix of leadership, hands-on design thinking, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Campaign Development: Oversee all phases of creative work from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative output with business objectives.
- Brand Management: Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual and tonal identity across all channels.
- Client/Stakeholder Communication: Present ideas clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders or external clients.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design, tech, and cultural trends to keep our creative work fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with motion, video, or UX/UI is a plus.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in a creative or design-focused role.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a creative team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, experiential, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to translate ideas into visual and written communication.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and inspire creative teams.
- Solid understanding of brand development, visual identity systems, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how creativity drives business results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
Bonus / Preferred:
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, or clients in a collaborative setting.
- Understanding of current design and cultural trends to keep creative output relevant and modern.
